How to Set It Up

Setup takes 2 minutes. Unscrew the bottle, fill with diluted foaming soap, screw it back on, charge the unit, and it is ready to use.

• Step 1, unscrew the 380ml bottle from the base and fill with foaming hand soap (or dilute regular liquid soap at 1:3 with water)
• Step 2, screw the bottle back onto the base, making sure the seal is tight
• Step 3, plug in the Type-C cable and charge for 3 hours before first use
• Step 4, place your hand under the spout to test the infrared sensor
• Step 5, place on the kitchen or bathroom counter within reach of the sink

• Can I use regular liquid soap in this dispenser?

  You can, but you need to dilute it. Mix 1 part liquid hand soap with 3 parts water in a separate container, then pour into the dispenser bottle. Using undiluted liquid soap will clog the foam pump and prevent proper lather.

• How long does the battery last between charges?

  For an average 4-person household with around 8 to 10 washes per day, the 500mAh battery lasts around 6 to 8 weeks per charge. A single dispense uses very little power, so the unit is efficient enough that you will probably forget it is rechargeable.

• Is the dispenser safe to place next to a wet sink?

  Yes. The base carries an IPX5 waterproof rating, which means it handles splashes and brief water jets. Do not submerge the base in water, but normal kitchen and bathroom splashes are completely fine.

• Does the infrared sensor work in the dark?

  Yes. The infrared sensor is active in any lighting condition, including complete darkness. It detects the heat and proximity of your hand, not visible light, so it works 24 hours a day.

• How do I clean the dispenser if it gets soap residue on the outside?

  Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and a small amount of kitchen cleaner. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the sensor or the charging port. The refillable bottle can be rinsed with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then air-dried before refilling.
