How to Use
Wrap the cuff around your upper arm about 2cm above the elbow, sit quietly for 5 minutes with your feet flat on the floor, then press start. Keep still and stay silent while the cuff inflates and deflates. Your systolic, diastolic and pulse readings appear on screen in around 30 seconds.
