It is recommended to measure time in intervals of 30 minutes after waking up, 30-60 minutes after lunch, and 30 minutes before bedtime during the different pregnancy stages of 12-24 weeks, 24-32 weeks, and 32-40 weeks.

Is exactly the same as the photo, works easily and effectively, arrived earlier than planned. It comes without batteries and without gel, aax2 batteries. I used gel aloe vera mercadona. Just as effective.
