How accurate is this kitchen scale?

It measures to 0.1g accuracy across the full 0 to 3000g range, so it is accurate enough for jewellery, medicine doses and small ingredient measurements, not just rough cooking portions.

What units does it measure in?

Six units total – G, OZ, OZT, GN and CT, plus one additional unit. You can switch units with a single button press so you can weigh in grams for cooking, ounces for recipes or carats for jewellery.

Are batteries included?

Yes. Two AAA batteries come in the box, so the scale is ready to use straight away. Replacement batteries are standard AAA size from any supermarket or hardware store.

Is the weighing plate removable for cleaning?
